Phantom Liberty turned three, at 15 million copies

The official Cyberpunk 2077 account marked three years of Phantom Liberty, which launched on 26 September 2023. The studio suggested raising a glass at the Heavy Hearts bar to the city inside the city, to old and new people, and to jobs that are not forgotten. The post is on the game's account.

The expansion remains the only major story beyond the base game. It brought Dogtown, a new skill branch, reworked gigs, and a spy story about saving the president amid shifting alliances.

CD Projekt Red recently said Phantom Liberty passed 15 million copies in under three years, counting sales inside the Ultimate Edition. Base Cyberpunk 2077 is above 40 million.

The anniversary sounds like a toast. The figures beside it are a reminder that Dogtown became a print run of its own, not an appendix to a patch.
