A rumor that Shadows Denuvo work had paused stayed unconfirmed

On 21 June a second-hand account spread online claiming that work on bypassing the protection in Assassin's Creed Shadows had stopped completely. The note did not include a direct statement from whoever was doing that work.

In that telling, the game was held by the current Denuvo build plus extra systems from Ubisoft itself. The claim was that progress had stalled, so the time went to other tasks.

By the evening of 21 June it was still someone else's report, not a checked fact. No public confirmation appeared that a bypass of Shadows had been abandoned.
