Enzo Zhang says permanent PvE is coming to Arena Breakout: Infinite next season

On 13 May 2026, MoreFun Studios head Enzo Zhang wrote that a permanent PvE mode for Arena Breakout: Infinite would be ready for the next season. The rough window is July 2026. It is meant to follow the temporary No Man's Land, which opened in April and closed on 8 May, with raids through Valley, Farm, and TV Station and no other players on the map.

Two years earlier Zhang had turned that kind of platform down. Simulating the world on a server for a single person costs too much, and moving the simulation onto the player's computer would have exposed too large a slice of internal data. There was no finished answer then. A similar mode later arrived from Battlestate Games, and the audience took to it.

After No Man's Land closed, Zhang asked followers whether they wanted a permanent PvE with stronger bots and bosses. 84.8% said yes. Some players still write that the studio will lose focus on PvP because of it. How the permanent mode actually works had not been described by 13 May. Zhang said updates would come as it was ready.
