Modders have opened a multiplayer beta for Kingdom Come: Deliverance II

Kingdom Come: Deliverance II shipped as a single-player game, and multiplayer arrived through a mod rather than a Warhorse patch. The build is in open beta. It adds shared play, fights between players, and servers for role-play sessions in the loose style of a city sandbox, plus minigames meant to make another visit worthwhile.

Separate chatter has already pinned some online ideas on the next game in the series. The mod is a rough draft of that question: what Bohemia feels like with someone else's character beside you. It is still a beta, so frame drops and broken textures are part of the warning.

The sequel has no official online mode. The studio is still shipping expansions for the single-player game.
