Man of Honor is out, with Salieri’s Porto Almaro warehouse and the Rimbalzu knife
On 14 August 2026 Hangar 13 and 2K released Man of Honor, the first paid story expansion for Mafia: The Old Country. It is available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The Sicilian winter of 1905 fills the gap before the first Mafia: Ennio Salieri is not yet the don of Lost Heaven, but a man still building a smuggling network.
Two chapters follow the first months of Enzo Favara as a trusted soldier of the Torrisi family. With Cesare, he helps Salieri, recently out of prison, settle old scores in Valle Dorata. Salieri is younger and sharper here than in the later stories of the series.
Free Ride gains a smuggling warehouse in Porto Almaro and two sets of post-story work. Salieri's Challenges raise the difficulty of familiar Free Ride fights: enemy waves, quiet kills, circuit races, road sprints, and time trials. Salieri's Jobs are separate contracts: find hidden loot caches, tow a valuable early-century car back to Salieri’s hideout, or deliver a stolen truck of fragile goods without losing the cargo.
Valle Dorata’s map adds wanted posters, stunt jumps, and trucks of the Sulphur company that can be put out of action. Rewards include five period hats, among them the Dockside Coppola and the Woodsman Fedora, three suits, three vehicles, two horses, and the throwing knife Rimbalzu, which ricochets between targets and suits a silent kill. Five new amulets grant advantages that step slightly past strict historical realism.
