Goro Majima and the Goromaru arrive free in CrossWorlds on 29 April

On 28 April 2026 Sega set the free Captain Majima update for the next day, 29 April. Goro Majima, from the Like a Dragon series, was due in Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds.

He comes with the Goromaru vehicle and a set of his own emotes. The paid Mega Man Pack was already in the game by that day, so the free guest followed a purchased pack.

Majima is there as a reason to come back: he is one of Sega’s most recognisable faces, and the studio is putting guests like him on the calendar so the racer regularly has something new to show.
