Valor Mortis has gone gold, nearly two months before launch

One More Level, the studio behind Ghostrunner, says Valor Mortis has gone gold. The team thanked players for the support and turned fully toward getting the game ready to ship.

Gold means the main development pass is finished. Nearly two months remained before the planned date, so the work left was the build that goes on sale.

The game is an uncommon first-person soulslike. You play a dead soldier of Napoleon's army, brought back to fight the undead. Release is set for 13 October 2026 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
