What changed from v1.0.0

• Portable exe, no .NET — unzip and run on any Windows 10/11.
• START MOD LAUNCHER overlay before the library, same as MoggyDay trainers.
• Admin write into Steam/Epic Content/Paks (pakchunk99).
• Auto .sig for WindowsNoEditor and WinGDK — no hand-copy of pakchunk0.
• Exe card: TrainerHub MoggyDay, brand icon, version 2.0.0.

Same pipeline: any .pak → official server. v2.0.0 removes the runtime and folder-permission friction that killed v1.0.0 on someone else’s PC.
