The Phantom Liberty dub fundraiser reached half its budget

In less than a week GamesVoice raised more than 1.5 million rubles of the 3 million for a Russian dub of Phantom Liberty. That is half the budget.

The studio had already confirmed it will not move the money to another project. The wording suggests the recording is meant to ship regardless.

Half the sum in a few days is a fast start even beside the dispute with the rights holder. The second half usually moves more quietly, and the studio itself hints at that, hoping the pace does not fall.

For donors the marker is simple: the fund is at the midpoint, and a release date is still unnamed.
