CD Projekt RED named the next fixes for The Witcher 3 remaster
The remaster launched on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2, and CD Projekt RED kept working on it. By the time of that note the studio had already shipped two small patches, including fixes for lighting problems. No date for the next update was given then.
In a post from the official account, the studio listed the work queued up: performance, especially on PS5; further visual fixes; My Rewards and Twitch Drops; Ukrainian text for the remaining regions on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S; and console voiceover.
The same note said other player reports could still land in the patch, and new mod support was being prepared for every platform. On PC, some problems can be routed around with mods, or by going back to the previous version. Consoles do not have that option, which is why the studio called out PlayStation 5 in particular.
