Cyberpunk 2077 is coming to Battle.net, and Overwatch gets Edgerunners

At BlizzCon 2026, CD Projekt Red and Blizzard widened their partnership. By the end of the year Battle.net will carry Cyberpunk 2077: the base game and Phantom Liberty can be bought separately, plus the Ultimate Edition. The exact launcher date comes later. It continues a line that also puts the current-generation The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt — Remastered on the service on 29 September.

In 2027 Overwatch will run a crossover with Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, drawing on season one and on season two, which starts on Netflix on 20 October. For Geralt's fans, Diablo IV is getting a witcher look for the barbarian class. Buyers of the Songs of the Past expansion get it free in 2027. More themed content is promised.

Night City is not entering Blizzard's store alone. Beside it are the series inside a shooter and the witcher inside Diablo.

A Battle.net purchase does not replace Steam or consoles. It adds another storefront for the same game.
