Tarnished Edition takes about 41 GB and costs 79.99 euro

The eShop page filled in the practical numbers for Elden Ring Tarnished Edition. The Switch 2 release is still 28 August. Installing the open world takes about 41 GB.

The price is 79.99 euro. The digital version and the box cost the same. The physical edition arrives with a key card rather than a full cartridge: after the purchase the game is still downloaded.

That price covers the base Elden Ring, the story expansion Shadow of the Erdtree, plus new weapons, armor sets, separate looks, and the rest of the port's added material.

Forty-one gigabytes is a noticeable slice of storage on a handheld, but for a world of this size the figure looks packed rather than inflated with duplicate copies of the same data.
