Wall cover, a ladder slide, and a Tenet cue are still in the remake's files

Dataminer keff0m went through the Resident Evil 4 Remake files and found three combat moves that never shipped: Wall Hide, Ladder Slide, and Dodge Step. Code and animations are still in the build, so the moves were animated at least. The files alone do not show whether they reached a full gameplay test.

The second find is a temp track on Leon's intro, the one that cites 30 September 1998. The piece was identified as "Windmills" by Ludwig Göransson, from the Tenet score. It is still in both the PC version and the PS5 version, after the official release.

Capcom has not commented on the cut moves or on someone else's music sitting in the work files. A file on disk does not mean the dodge, or Nolan's cue, played in a build anyone outside the studio saw. keff0m's note on the find is on X.
