The hotfix moved Levitation. It came back for me after restarting the game and the trainer. Launch on objects sometimes throws you through the floor. Leave it off in story rooms.
A fire strike after a successful parry clears the wave. If mana hits zero, drink a potion, or the combo drops. Learning on the boss is expensive. They respawn in packs by the gate.
Learn parries on the small enemies, not on the knight. I did not cheat Resolve in spirit form. See the neighboring post. It does not hold there anyway.
