On 29 March the Steam peak passed 262,000
By 29 March the Steam peak for Crimson Desert had passed 262,000 and was still rising when the note was written. Launch day was about 239,000, the second weekend 248,530. For a single-player game after reserved reviews, that rise is rare.
Sales on all platforms were already above 3 million. The publisher’s shares, which fell on the first reviews, had also turned up by then.
The note does not claim that criticism of individual systems is gone. It records that the audience after launch did not shrink. It widened.
