Enhanced 2.0 adds Abyss seals and five voice tracks for free

At Opening Night Live in Cologne, Pearl Abyss showed Crimson Desert Enhanced. Owners of the original do not pay separately: it is a free update. Scenes and dialogue were added so the narrative feels more whole, plus five voice tracks: French, German, Spanish, Japanese and Brazilian Portuguese. The main story and related quests have new scenes and lines. Boss stories have knowledge, items and memory shards.

Skills are learned through a currency called the Seal of the Abyss. If a skill is taken with Abyss artifacts, the other playable heroes receive the matching number of seals. The skill reset is separate for each character, and the seals come back. After the update the skill history is reset, and spent Abyss artifacts and other resources are returned. Once every main quest is done, seals and currency can be moved from the previous save into a new game.

Kliff has eight new skills. Air transport is steered by the camera direction or manually, with separate buttons for climb and descent. The fight with Golden Star is split into phases with their own attack patterns. The list still has quest, combat, interface, localization and image fixes. The game has two Gamescom Awards 2026 nominations. The 20 percent discount announced the same day runs through 9 September.
