ByJunter stopped his co-op mod and put the code on GitHub

Modder ByJunter stopped his co-op mod for Crimson Desert and wrote that another author is already making a more advanced version. There are no dates and no details of the new project. ByJunter says he is in contact with those authors, and he published the source of his build on GitHub so the work can continue.

His version let two people into the open world: shared fights, horses, gear, a rope and minimap sync. Each person kept their own progress, and the partner was visible in their own world. Quests, items and character progression were not synced. Bosses and mounted enemies did not support a shared fight. The author himself called the mod an experiment.

Pearl Abyss has not announced a full co-op mode. The note does not give the repository address.
