The Equipment Manual opens by itself in a boss fight

The item Equipment Manual is supposed to explain the equipment at one of the factories. In practice the book opens by itself in a boss fight or right after death. Pause, instead of the menu, shows it again. To close it, every page has to be turned, even if the text was already read. In a tense fight that ends in a loss.

It cannot be dropped or sold until the elixir-factory story line is finished. On Reddit it is compared to an item that keeps stepping into the frame.

Pearl Abyss does not comment in this note. Players hope it is a bug for a near patch.
