The first soundtrack volume is 75 tracks as a free Steam DLC

Pearl Abyss released the first volume of the Crimson Desert soundtrack: 75 tracks on four discs. The first is the general line, the second is combat, the third is quiet exploration of Pywel, the fourth is bosses.

On Steam the album binds to the account and downloads as a free DLC. The Epic Games Store is promised next. It can be listened to without a download on the Pearl Abyss Music channel on YouTube. Streaming stores are planned.

This is a separate music release, not a gameplay patch.
