A 50% discount put the RE4 remake back in Steam's top grossing list

Capcom's spring sale in early April 2026 put Resident Evil 4 Remake fourth on Steam's global revenue chart. The discount was 50%, the lowest price on the store since the 2023 launch.

Neighboring games were cut too. The third remake dropped 90% and set a new historic low. Resident Evil 7 was 60% off, and the second remake was 75% off. Monster Hunter discounts reached 67%.

It was not the Leon remake's first return to the storefront, but half price put it among the week's main sellers again. Capcom did not add new content for the sale.
