The Tarnished Pack goes on sale for PC and consoles on 28 August

On the same day the Switch 2 date was announced, FromSoftware confirmed that the new material would also be sold on its own. On PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC it arrives as a paid set called the Tarnished Pack.

The pack goes on sale on 28 August, the same day the port launches. An official price for Europe and the United States has not been given. The Japanese press release lists 550 yen, about 2.96 euro. Even at a worse exchange rate, a final price above 4.99 euro is hard to picture.

Inside is what the Switch 2 edition includes from the start: two new starting classes, the Knight of Idus and a knight in heavy armor, four armor sets, and new looks for Torrent. Two of the armor sets belong to the classes. Two more are found during the journey.

This is not a second story expansion on the scale of Shadow of the Erdtree. It is the port's extras moved to the older platforms, sold separately from a game people already own.
