Intel says it offered Pearl Abyss Arc help for years

Intel answered in public that Crimson Desert does not start on its graphics, and that the company is disappointed: Arc players cannot enter Pywel right away. It is still ready to help Pearl Abyss.

The statement says Intel asked many times over recent years to test, validate and optimize support. It offered early hardware, drivers and engineers across several generations: Alchemist, Battlemage, Meteor Lake and Lunar Lake. The text reads as if Pearl Abyss did not take the offer.
