Crimson Desert does not start on Intel Arc graphics cards

ComputerBase reported that Crimson Desert refuses to start on Intel Arc and says the accelerator is not supported. That line was not in the requirements before release.

In an FAQ on the Pearl Abyss site, updated after launch, the studio says plainly that Arc is not supported now. People who bought the game expecting it are told to check the store’s refund rules. The apology is short, and there is no date for a fix.

The note records a failed launch, not a list of specific Arc models. Other graphics cards are not covered in this text.
