GamesVoice will take on a Russian dub of Phantom Liberty

On a 30 May stream, GamesVoice said it will make a Russian dub of Phantom Liberty. The work is supposed to bring back actors from the official Russian version of Cyberpunk 2077.

The studio had refused this job before. The actors did not want to damage relations with CD Projekt Red in case the company returned to the Russian market. GamesVoice now assumes that return will not happen in the next few years.

The same conversation mentioned Songs of the Past for The Witcher 3. In theory that could be dubbed later too, if no official Russian version appears.

For now it is a statement of intent, with no date and no open fundraiser. Dogtown is named as the studio's next large job for the first time.
