Alinea estimates nearly 400,000 Steam preorders for Crimson Desert

Alinea Analytics estimates that Crimson Desert sold nearly 400,000 copies on Steam before the official launch. Revenue on that store alone, in their estimate, is more than 20 million dollars.

About 10 percent of those sales came on a single day, already amid the arguments about consoles and about Denuvo appearing. This note says more than two million people had wishlisted the game.

The analysts think the start could pass some recent large releases, but the final figures come after launch and reviews. The estimate is pre-release, not a Pearl Abyss report.
