Child NPCs in Crimson Desert can be knocked down, not killed

Players noticed that in Crimson Desert the character can sprint and knock down a child NPC. Serious injury and killing are not available in that scene. After the shove, residents, including children, shout at the hero.

The discussion compares this with games that either omit children or make them untouchable. Red Dead Redemption 2, for contrast, barely places a child in the world outside the story. Here there is no barrier on a shove, and there is no lethal outcome.
