Kim Min-young allows for a story DLC and multiplayer
Pearl Abyss chief executive Kim Min-young, against the first month of sales, said that besides polishing Crimson Desert the studio is looking at a large story expansion and at full multiplayer. Players at that point were still clearing the first regions of Pywel.
Part of the audience wants only a story expansion on the scale of Blood and Wine, with a separate writer: the mechanics, in their view, are already there, the story is what is missing, and the studio already has an MMO in Black Desert. Another part wants co-op for two to four people under the large fights.
The note puts the choice of path into the next year, after the bug-fix patches. There are no dates or prices.
