Wick Kingsley, a veteran, is the first named hero of Edgerunners 2

Marcin Łukasiewicz of CD Projekt Red was the first to single out a hero of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners season two in public: Wick Kingsley. What interests him is age. Wick is clearly older than the young edgerunners of season one.

The silhouette appeared in a cast reel at the Annecy festival, and the face came later. A character known so far only as D appeared beside him. Another member of the story is still hidden.

Season two, as CD Projekt Red and Trigger have already confirmed, will be a standalone story with a new crew, not a direct continuation of the first. Details were promised for 29 June, and in July the project goes to an Anime Expo panel.

Neither the season date nor the date of the next game in the universe has been named. Wick exists as a character so far, not as a schedule.
