Kliff is criticized for silence, Damiana is praised for combat

With 2 million copies in the first day, some players aimed a complaint at Kliff: little character, he barely argues and does not invite sympathy. There is no appearance editor of the kind Black Desert Online had. Three ready-made heroes are available at the start.

Damiana draws the opposite reaction in the same discussions. People praise mobility in combat, animation, voice and look. Those who started as Kliff write that the game feels different after the switch.

The note adds that the loud criticism of Kliff is not the same as a majority of reviews, and that professional write-ups did not dwell on it. Two empty slots were noticed on the character wheel. Pearl Abyss confirmed post-release support, but this text does not announce new heroes.
