The RE4 remake reached 12.2 million copies by 31 December 2025

Capcom refreshed its Platinum Titles list as of 31 December 2025. Resident Evil 4 Remake on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series, and PC reached 12.2 million copies. The gain since 30 September was 1.1 million, the same quarterly jump ahead of Requiem.

Village added 700,000 in those three months and stood at 13.5 million. The Resident Evil 2 remake was at 16.8 million (+500,000), Resident Evil 7 at 16.4 million (+500,000), and the Resident Evil 3 remake at 10.9 million (+300,000).

Outside the series, the quarter also moved Street Fighter 6 (6.3 million, +600,000), Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak (10.9 million, +500,000), and Monster Hunter Wilds (11 million, +300,000). The full table is in Capcom's report.

For the Leon remake, 12.2 million is the studio's official total at the end of 2025, not an outside estimate. Later analyst counts used a different method, and those figures should not be mixed into this line.
