Pearl Abyss is preparing a controls patch and apologizes to mouse and keyboard

Pearl Abyss wrote that it is preparing a Crimson Desert update for the control complaints. The team says it has been reading feedback since launch and that messages about awkward layouts are the largest pile.

The studio admits the discomfort and, separately, that mouse and keyboard did not get a good experience. There is an apology. This note does not give a patch number.

Players are asked to keep writing. The studio watches not only tickets but videos, streams and discussions, to find failures faster. The text ends by thanking people for patience on the trip through Pywel.
