On Steam, 73% of 12,000 Crimson Desert reviews are positive

After a mixed launch, the Steam rating of Crimson Desert reached Mostly Positive. At the time of the note, about 73 percent of more than 12,000 reviews were positive, which is nearly 9,000. The studio had already cited 2 million copies in 24 hours.

In the reviews, people write that they changed a negative score to a positive one after spending more time in the game. The slow pace, in those texts, pushes players away at first, and the world opens after a few hours. The negative side has not vanished: refunds continue, and some call the game empty.

The comparison in the note is that the start was worse than Dragon Age: The Veilguard, and then the curve rose. This is one evening’s slice, not a final rating.
