Before release, Elden Ring is already first in the Switch 2 eShop

A few days remain before Elden Ring launches on Switch 2, and the game is already first in the eShop chart. Preorders put it there. It sits above Splatoon Raiders and Mario Kart World after preload opened.

The top ten right now is Elden Ring, Splatoon Raiders, Mario Kart World, Pokémon Pokopia, Madden NFL 27, Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2, DayZ, Donkey Kong Bananza, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, and Star Fox.

Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2 is in sixth place on preorders alone. That collection launches on Switch 2 on 27 August, one day before Elden Ring.

On a separate list of games sold only as downloads, DayZ is first. Lies of P and The Lord of the Rings: War in the North follow. That ten also includes Red Dead Redemption, Big Walk, Duskfade, Moonlight Peaks, Another Crab's Treasure, Fallout 4, and Skyrim.
