The studio called the shorts under Damiana’s skirt a clipping error

Pearl Abyss answered the argument about Damiana’s leather armor: the extra coverage under the skirt appeared unintentionally while they were fixing clipping, parts of the model passing through each other. The original look is promised back in the next patch.

Some players do not believe the “it was a bug” wording and note that accidental edits often add a layer of cloth. Part of the discussion took the quick reply and the promise of a rollback more calmly. The patch date is not named.
