Playstack schedules the Entropic Break expansion for Abiotic Factor this autumn

On 8 June 2026 publisher Playstack and Deep Field Games showed the paid expansion Entropic Break for Abiotic Factor. The release is set for autumn 2026 on PS5, Xbox Series, and Steam. The base game was already on sale on those platforms.

The new chapter takes scientists out of sealed laboratory corridors and onto tropical islands and open water. The place to investigate is the warped GATE Leaf test facility and the islands around it.

The announcement names a new kind of fanatic, digital disorder, distant anomalies, and the Flesh Dimension. For a survival game built on supplies and crafting, that is another stretch of strange science.

The expansion’s store page is already up on Steam. The announcement trailer is on YouTube, and the publisher’s write-up is in a Steam news post.
