Summer Game Fest 2026 reveals Man of Honor, a story expansion about a young Salieri

At Summer Game Fest 2026, Hangar 13 and publisher 2K showed the first large story expansion for Mafia: The Old Country. It is called Man of Honor and is set for 14 August 2026 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Host Geoff Keighley singled out the return of a young Ennio Salieri, the future don from the first Mafia.

The new episodes take place in Sicily in the winter of 1905. By then Enzo Favara is already a trusted soldier of the Torrisi family. The Don sends him and Cesare on a delicate job: help Salieri recover lost influence and settle old scores in the Valle Dorata valley.

The expansion adds two chapters about Enzo’s early service as a soldato. They can be played inside the main campaign, or started from the menu if that stretch of the story is already finished. The chapters come with new weapons, vehicles, amulets, and locations.

Free Ride grows as well. Young Salieri becomes a separate employer, with well-paid work, his own missions, and harder trials. Valle Dorata also gains hidden spots and fresh collectibles.
