The Man of Honor gameplay trailer shows a Sicilian winter and a job for Salieri

On 4 August 2026, 2K and Hangar 13 released the first gameplay trailer for the Man of Honor expansion to Mafia: The Old Country. The footage confirms new chapters about Enzo Favara, Free Ride jobs, locations, weapons, and vehicles. The date is unchanged: 14 August. The game itself is already on sale on Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.

The story stays in Sicily in the winter of 1905, a few months after Enzo joined the Torrisi clan. He has already proved himself as a soldier, but a fresh order from the Don pulls him back into criminal intrigue.

With Cesare, he goes to help Ennio Salieri, a man of honor who has just left prison and means to regain his standing. In Valle Dorata, allies test one another’s loyalty, and a wrong step is costly.

The two chapters cover the period when Enzo is working as a soldato. Free Ride adds difficult trials alongside Salieri, with large payouts, plus new collectibles and extra places on the map.
