The paid Mega Man pack for CrossWorlds is dated 25 March

On 19 March 2026 Sega named the next guest for Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds. Mega Man was due as his own paid pack, not inside the free wave with Red and Majima.

The date was 25 March 2026. The pack was promised across the main platforms at once: PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC, with no single-console limit attached.

For Sega this is the same guest pattern: a familiar name from another series is meant to bring that audience along. Thematic pieces from his own games were expected with the character, so a race would not stop at a new model on an old course.
