The launch trailer puts Shade on a podracer opposite Sebulba

A podracing film went out on launch day, aimed at the part of STAR WARS: Galactic Racer that Fuse Games has treated as the main event. The game is already available on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5.

Shade meets Sebulba from Episode I. Sebulba warns that he will not let Shade near the main rival, Kestar Bool, in a pod without a long stretch of practice. He is also using Shade to get his own racer back. The warning about practice still stands.

The rest of the film sketches what the roguelite campaign is holding back: Crait, the foxes, and the red haze a machine kicks up off the ground at speed, plus the ways you can keep rebuilding a vehicle while playing as Shade. Official launch trailer.
