Jorraptor says a new Edward story expansion is coming to Black Flag Resynced

On 9 August the insider Jorraptor posted a bundle of claims about Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced. This is not an Ubisoft announcement. It is his account of decisions he says are already made: some add to the game, some shut doors.

He says New Game+ is confirmed and in production, and that another difficulty level will arrive later with updates. A remake of the original multiplayer, and of the Freedom Cry expansion starring Adewale, is not planned. A distinct hidden-blade combat style is not coming soon, because, as he tells it, the team does not have the people or the time. Replaying single missions is still only a discussion.

The loudest item is a new story expansion entirely about Edward Kenway, meant to extend his story. Some fans met that coldly. They worry a late addition to the canon would blur one of the series' most complete characters. Jorraptor's post.
