Shadow of the Erdtree: are Item Spawn and the map still marked needs update?

I installed the DLC and the trainer picked up the core options. Item Spawn and Map Reveal are grey, labeled needs update.

Everything else I press without trouble. If you are already in the Shadow Realm, which cheats do you actually use besides runes and god mode?

If this is everyone, I will wait for the table. I am not going to poke the grey entries a hundred times.
