v2.4: Duplicate Items works on the DLC, do not push Player Speed past x1.5

The changelog was right: Duplicate Items works on the new DLC talismans.

Player Speed at x3 kicked me out of the session (an offline slot, which is odd). x1.5 stays stable.

What I touched today:

• Duplicate Items
• Player Speed x1.5
• I did not turn God Mode on, so I did not test it
