The inZOI PS5 delay is about the pad and DualSense
On 5 July inZOI Studio explained why the PlayStation 5 version needs more time. The extra stretch is not only about frame rate. The game is being rebuilt for a console.
The screens that exist now were made for a keyboard and a mouse. Menus, presses on interface pieces, and the path from one window to the next have to move onto a gamepad. The studio also wants DualSense in the mix, so the console edition feels different and not only swapped to other buttons.
The team put it shortly: they need more time, and they will not repeat the PC version on PS5 one for one. Control should feel natural for someone holding a pad.
What they are holding out for is a build that fits the platform, rather than a direct transfer of the PC game as it stands.
