Baldwin and Bullseye enter Stronghold Crusader: Definitive Edition

By 23 April 2026 Stronghold Crusader: Definitive Edition already had the paid Baldwin and Bullseye add-on and the free spring update 2.7. Both had arrived on 21 April.

The add-on brings two new computer lords, Baldwin and Bullseye, along with castles of their own. Their Sands of Time trail, Trail of the Eagle, runs for nine missions. In a game that lives on individual sieges, that is another set of opponents, rather than a new picture on the loading screen.

The free patch added the ten-mission co-op trail The Ravens’ Duet and three maps: the crater Sinkhole, the island Tri River Island, and the marsh map Crocodiles’ Nest. As of 23 April the add-on’s Steam reviews were sitting near 85 percent positive. Wave by wave, the remaster of the 2002 strategy is growing a mission list it did not have on launch day.
